(Economics and Management) (UWI), C.P.C.U (Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter), AMIM (Associate in Marine Insurance and Management), AIS (Associate in Insurance Services), AINS (Associate Insurance) from Insurance Institute of America, MCGI (Master’s Degree in Youth Strategic Management – UK, City & Guilds).

Ms Blades has holds a LLB (Bachelor of Laws) (UWI), LEC (Legal Education Certificate), ICSA (Associate of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrators) (UK). A former advocate for the Office of the Attorney General of Trinidad and Tobago and Solicitor General Office, Company Secretary of the Regulatory Industries, Government Information Company Limited and NIPDEC, Chief Executive Officer of Community Environmental and Protection Enhancement Programme) CEPEP.
Kathleen Weeks
Ms Weeks holds a Master Degrees in International Relations and Political Science from the University of Windsor (Canada), and a MA, Journalism from the University of Western Ontario (Canada). She has lead redevelopment and economic development projects for several Economic Development Agencies, working on business attraction and retention and is currently focused on Community Redevelopment and City revitalization projects.

Ms Taylor holds Agents Certification License in Life, Group Health and General Insurance Sales. She is an experienced Life Insurance Professional with considerable practice in Underwriting, Marketing and Claims. She has functioned as a Senior Home Office Underwriter ALICO/ALGICO – Trinidad and Eastern Caribbean Islands with Underwriting binding authority for Individual Life and Group Life, Health and Accidents products.

Mr Parmassar holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) (Finance), B.Sc. (Management and Accounts), ABE (Association of Business Executives), DIS (Diploma in Insurance Services) and EMBA (Executive Masters in Business Management). Mr. Parmassar is formerly of Colonial Life Company (Trinidad) Limited, CLICO, Ministry of Finance and Trinidad & Tobago Unit Trust Corporation (UTC), and Estate Management and Business Development (EMBD) Trinidad and Tobago.
